The content of the awareness microlearning videos may vary, but it will always carry a message that what you’re doing is important. Topics often cover recent incidents, a new policy, the “why,” personal safety, or even a message from senior leadership. But, just remember, when it comes to “awareness,” it’s all about consistency and retention. So, in order to overcome the busy schedules and short attention spans of employees, many of our clients roll out microlearning on their organization’s intranet every quarter.
