It’s incredibly important to make sure that all team members are aware of more than just the fundamentals of crisis management. But they also need to understand the role they play within the team, any predetermined response sequences, and the necessary communication channels and pathways that are available to each team. The length of this course can vary depending upon the team that needs the training. We recommend short (5 minutes) for the C-Suite, but more comprehensive (15 – 25 minutes) for most team members.
